All our properties are based in Jesmond, just to the North of the city, making it highly convenient for the universities, town centre and local shops.

Our properties are all registered Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs), a status requiring adherence to strict health and safety criteria designed for your protection.

We are legally required as a term of the HMO licence to undertake quarterly inspections of the property for health and safety reasons. These inspections primarily cover fire, electrical and gas safety, along with ongoing maintenance needs, however they also addresses other health and safety issue such as hygiene. Please help by keeping the property clean.

We will always endeavour to give plenty of notice for inspection visits and will, as an absolute minimum, give you 24 hours’ notice of any non-emergency visits.
