Visitors

Visitors are always welcome but remember that you are responsible for the behaviour of your guests and visitors to the property and/or in the immediate neighbourhood.

Noise

Noise must be kept to a minimum between 11.00pm and 8.00am in consideration of other tenants and local residents, and at all other times must not be excessive so as to cause a nuisance to others.

Parking

There are parking restrictions around Jesmond so if you choose to park on the street you will need to make sure you either have the requisite parking permit or only park in those zones outside of controlled hours.

Each house in Jesmond is entitled to apply for up to two parking permits that are registered to specific vehicles. It is also possible to obtain one visitors permit that may be used by anyone. Please contact the council if you need such permits.

There is space to park a vehicle in the rear yard, however this will be at your own risk and the Landlord will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage suffered.

Anti-social behaviour

Anti-social behaviour is a high profile issue that takes many forms and encompasses the above issues. Its effects can be very damaging on both individuals and communities and is an issue all landlords take very seriously. Anti-social behaviour can lead to the termination of your Tenancy Agreement so please act is a neighbourly, social and sociable manner.
